Er is een beroemde filmacteur, een schrijver die zijn werk duidt en drie kunstenaars die zich daardoor geïnspireerd weten om te komen tot een vergelijk in een presentatie in Padua.

Uit het persbericht: ‘Inspiration for the exhibition steams from a text by American critic Erik Bullot in October magazine 114 in which he relates to the formal gesturing of black and white silent film star Buster Keaton. Bullot states that “Keaton’s work depends less upon hazards encountered than upon the way in which a course of action or a clever unfolding of coordinates of space requires a suspension of logic.”’

‘The three artists in the show transformed the perfomativity of Keaton and the formality of his gestures into a collaborative installation, ingeniously turned into a “simultaneously dramatic, formal and elastic” setting that has a “geometric character that continues to fascinate today”.’
